We’ve been taught to separate work and life—but they are not separate mountains. The decisions we make at work shape our lives at home, and the demands of life inevitably influence how we lead, contribute, and grow.
In this engaging and practical session, Holly McIlwain, founder of NarrowSpaces Coaching & Consulting, will introduce the ASCEND Decision Framework, a tool for navigating the moments when competing priorities, limited capacity, and important decisions converge.
Together, participants will explore:
Where are you climbing to? Clarifying what you’re actually working toward in this season of life.
What are your handholds? Identifying the relationships, boundaries, resources, and supports that make the climb sustainable.
