Navigating the Holiday Season: Show Up for Yourself First!

I absolutely love spooky season! 🎃 I can’t wait to dress up my newest little pumpkin and create unforgettable memories together. Here are some throwback photos of my favorite costumes from past Halloweens—each one brings a smile to my face!

I feel like once October starts, all we have to do is BLINK and it’s January 11th! Not this year, my friends, not this year. I have a plan, and I am inviting you to join me in being totally mindful of the narrow spaces of work and life, and squeezing EVERY OUNCE of satisfaction from this space.

We all know it…we are excited to approach the holiday season and it’s easy to get swept away by the whirlwind of activities and expectations. With heightened emotions, financial pressures, and the constant push to meet the needs of others, it’s crucial to take a step back and focus on what truly matters: your goals, values, and boundaries.

Before the chaos of the holidays pulls you in multiple directions, take some time to reflect on your aspirations. What do you genuinely want to achieve? How do you want to look back on this season of your work and life? Consider how your values align with these goals and how they can guide your decisions.

Setting clear boundaries is equally important. It’s okay to say no to commitments that don’t serve your well-being or detract from your vision. It’s okay to stay home. It’s okay to try something new. It’s okay to experiment with a nontraditional celebration (or low key rest period). By prioritizing yourself, you create the space needed to show up authentically for others.

To help you navigate this busy time, I’ve created a 4-Part Coaching Challenge Guide. This resource is designed to empower you to take action on your goals while reinforcing your personal boundaries. Download it below and get to work! What can you accomplish before December 31?

Don’t wait until the holiday season overwhelms you—download your copy today and join the challenge! Let’s make this season one of growth, balance, and self-care. Remember, when you show up for yourself, you’re better equipped to show up for those around you.
